I would like to know Min/Max value of dVdT/BGATE voltage.

About min, as described in datasheet VIN+10V (in case of VIN=2.7V: VDVDT_min is 12.7V)?

About max, do you have any specific value?

This is not a characterized data point in datasheet. I am checking with our design team and will get back to you with the by design limits for this.

The by design max value of dvdt pin is 30V.
