Hi sir

I want to design the power module in ATE system

as you know ,ATE is a instrument with Accurate measurement

so we need to check all the parts less noise in the circuit

Question:

1.check high frequency radiation & noise impact

2. UCC14241 ,PWM radiation?

3. out regulaor Stable?

4. Dc isolator rating 6kv?

Can you be more specific to describe what you are asking? are you asking about measured EMI? EMI filter recommendations? RE or CE? Which EMI standard?

2. UCC14241 ,PWM radiation?

Can you be more specific to describe what you are asking? What do you mean by PWM radiation vs high frequency radiation?

3. out regulator Stable?

The UCC14241-Q1 output is very well regulated to within ±1.3% over full operating range

4. Dc isolator rating 6kv?

VSIO is rated up to 5kV_RMS as shown in section 7.5 of the UCC14241-Q1 data sheet.

question 1: Did you have the UCC14241-Q1 EMI chart? 'm worried that UCC14241-Q1 noise will interfere with my measurement circuit

question 2: same as above

question 4: May i know if the chip rating 5KV/RMS, How about the DC Isolation voltage? 5kv*1.414 or 5kv*1.414*2?

Which EMI scans are you asking about?

5kV isolation rating is specified in the UCC14241-Q1 data sheet, page 8:

We are testing to CISPR 25, class 5 which is automotive EMI limits. The attached will give you an idea of the emissions and mitigation suggested.
