BQ34Z100-G1: LFP SOC jump

Part Number: BQ34Z100-G1

Dear experts,

We're trying to address an issue with an LFP pack, where SOC jumps unexpectedly from 100% to ~70% after sitting at idle overnight.

The pack cools down from ~40C to ~25C and "DODatEOC Delta T" is set to 10C, so a re-evaluation definitely happens.

However, this does NOT happen on every pack. We have multiple packs running in the same environment, and every configuration parameter is matched very closely... happens on some packs, but not others.

On the problematic pack (the one where jump from 100% to 70% did occur), "DOD0 Passed Q" and "Qmax Passed Q" are both reading -1:

On other packs (where jump did not occur while sitting idle), these variables are reading as 0:

Also, "Grid Number" is reading 3 where the jump has occurred and 1 where jump has not occurred.

Resistance tables are almost identical in the 60-100% region:

"Pack Configuration C" is set to 0x3B.

Any ideas where to look next?

Would upgrading to -R2 firmware improve performance in this scenario?
