Hi Sergio,

Why do you need the die size? Typically that's proprietary information.

Hi Eileen,

Die size is critical to solder joint thermal fatigue life. Our Engineers are looking into this subject but we could not find the information on the data sheet. That is the reason we are requesting support.

Also we are verifying if we have an NDA in place since Collins Aerospace (a Raytheon business) is a big client of Texas Instruments. Thank you.
