Dear TI 

TBT type-C PDO support is 5V/3A by default setting

if we want to support PDO 5V 9V 12V 15V at 30W , can we just set it in TPS65994 GUI as below or also need modify schematic?

    Hi Knight,

    You may need to modify the schematic, but it depends on how you are controlling the DC-DC converter that provides the USB-C Source voltage

    From a USB-C PD messaging perspective, that is all you need to do.

    When we negotiate a source voltage (5,9,15..), we need some way to communicate to the DC-DC converter to update the voltage appropriately. Depending on how your system manages this (GPIOs, I2C, Feedback divider, etc.) you may need a hardware change.
