I am using the TPS48110Q1EVM board with 24.6Vin/12A capable power supply at the input and an electronic load at the output.
When the electronic load is set to just 0.1A load settings and is enabled it is very difficult to turn on the load switch.
The FLT_I LED is turned on all of the time. I have tried all the jumper settings I can think of but no luck. It works better when the electronic load is turned off.
I use TP6 (INP) to GND to disable the output and when I release INP it is pulled to 5V and I believed at that point, the load switch should be enabled and let the 0.1A current through.
I have tried to remove R3 and R7 and tied EN/UVLO and INP together and that does not work either (this setup is shown on the left figure on the first page of the TPS4811x datasheet).
I have tried to GND the TMR pin to disable the over current protection but that does not help in turning the load switch on.
It is like the TPS48110 cannot switch on even the slightest loads.
