    For an estimate of the efficiency at a specific operating point, I would recommend using WeBench and matching the design components selection, then using it's efficiency estimator. This is important since efficiency is affected by external component selection, such as input and output capacitors, and more heavily by the selected switching frequency.

    Since your above data provides an Input Voltage and Current along with an output voltage and current, I calculate that efficiency at 91.3%

    For measured efficiency data, the TPS546D24AEVM can be configured for single-phase operation (instructions in the EVM User's Guide) for single phase design testing.
