    Hi Jonathan,

    What tool dis you use for your component selection? I recommend using the Design Calculator Tool of UCC28740 (link below) to cross reference your components selection. This tool is trustable and follows the Design Procedure of the Datasheet. As you can see in the screenshot below, you need to input your input and output specifications such as VIN range, fsw at full load, Output power, output voltage, output ripple in order to recommend components.     We utilized the existing reference design by TI, and made some updates based off of previous design review last week.

    Hi Jonathan,

    Understood. I would utilize the Design Calculator to cross reference your components selection for your power levels and Vin range. I can help with that if you provide VIN range (min and max, AC or DC), fsw at full load, Output power. Please, also share your transformer specifications (Turns ratio, magnetizing inductance).
