Original question:
I'm using the TPS79928 fixed LDO which has 3.3v input and 1.8V enable signal. When the EN is low and input voltage reached 1.24V the output has a pulse of 0.54V and stays there untill enable is high. I want to know the reason for the unexpected output pulse when the EN is low ?
Please suggest some solution and reason behind it

After reviewing your question, I have determined that it seems as though the LDO is entering into shutdown mode:
As stated, when the EN pin is driven low, then the LDO will enter into shutdown mode.
If you are not planning to use the EN pin, please connect this pin to IN.
