Hi

There is an ADE battery using BQ35100, which has been shipped for several years.

But a problem has arisen recently, the data in LT is messed up. What is probably the reason for this?

    This value is out of range for Max Gauge.

    Please, allow me sometime to align with my team to see if anyone has seen this issue before.

    Another phenomenon is as below：

    The customer uses MSP430, and the reading program uses SMBUS to simulate I2C. BQ35100 is locked, during the battery plugging and unplugging. The parameter of charge accumulation exceeds the design capacity (design capacity is 3800mAh), as shown in the screenshot:

    What thermistor are you using?

    Has the thermistor been calibrated?

    Can you share your .gg file?

    Can you share your schematic?

    Has the current been calibrated?
