TPS25750: Termination of GATE_VBUS, GATE_VSYS, VSYS when PP_EXT path is not used

Hello,

we plan to use the TPS25750S in sorce-only application. PP_EXT power path will not be used. How should we terminate GATE_VBUS, GATE_VSYS pins? Not connect or anything else?

Separate question for VSYS: how to connect this pin in our case?

Hi,

GATE_VBUS and GATE_VSYS should be left floating if they are not used.

You can ground VSYS pin with a zero ohm resistor here.

Please keep in mind that TPS25750S is only capable of sourcing 5V in source only configuration.
