TPS22965: TPS22965N Inrush and board rebooting issue

Dear Team,

We are using the TPS22965N Load switch for 5G Power supply control (VBAT: 3.56V@4A Peak current). Currently we are facing board is rebooting due to peak current as per our observation.

Kindly find below reference circuit below for review.

Please suggest CIN and CT and other changes required in the circuit.

Hi Vishal,

Can you attach a waveform of when this is rebooting? To make sure I understand, is the battery voltage drooping when the device is turning on? Currently, the CT would result in a ~11.7ms rise time, which is rather slow.
