in the mean time what is the highest current for your application and are you looking at any specific airflow condition

The customer's Max current is 110A and there are no specific air flow conditions, but please check with no wind and several other LFM(Linear Feet per Minute ) conditions as shown in the example.

TPSM8D6C24 is SOA limited by inductor as the inductor temp rating is lower compared to IC
Here is the temp data from PMbus telemetry and thermal camera
