TPS25751: If the device is power sinking, can we design without EEPROM?

HI team,

If the PD is power sinking, how could we do to load the code without EEPROM?

Or we can't without the EEPROM to do the design?

TPS25730 is not suitable for the customer because they need 15V/4A PDO.

Hi,

Since customer is looking for 15V/4A PDO they will need to load configuration to enable this PDO.

They will either have to 1) load configuration from EC, or 2) load configuration from EEPROM.

Please also review the TPS25730 Datasheet in Section 8 in which the TPS25730 is configured via pin strapping without the need for EEPROM as a potential solution.
