HI Ti team

              Attached is the data of TI (GPCRB) optimized BQ40Z50 soc at low temperature -10℃ ,  But the response was this " The following errors were reported by the calculation engine:
Error: negative low temperature resistance observed, R=-0.204374298831174 usually caused by wrong chem ID selection 0 0"

              I am sure that my chem ID is correct (we provide cells for the chem ID made by TI). Please  help me check what the problem is? Is it related to the rest time after full charge?or do I need to change the way I test the low temperature?
