The described solution to the problem of voltage on cell 16 during balancing by compensating the voltage on cell 16 or stop balancing to take a measurement are the only ways?
Are there any other, new ways to solve this problem?

Hello Rafal,
To minimize the inaccuracy of VC16 during balancing, we recommend to use 20-Ohms for the VC16 resistance, or to minimize the the number of cells being balanced at a time.
Otherwise you would have to stop balancing completely.
Unfortunately there is no other way to mitigate this.
