TPS27S100BEVM: vin is not transferred to vout when enable on

Hello, I designed the design as shown below using the tps27s100bpwpr IC.

When 28v is applied to vin and the switch is turned on, voltage should appear at vout, but 0.07v is displayed. Is there a problem with the design?

    Hyunjun,

    Could you elaborate what is on the load as far as resistance/capacitance/inductance?

    It would be helpful if you had a waveform of the turnon event with IN, OUT, EN, and current (if possible). Nothing sticks out in the schematic as wrong.
