The customer is using LM5148 for a power supply that converts 48V to 33V, with a continuous current of 2A. Currently, they are encountering two issues:
1. No output voltage, no matter how the input voltage is adjusted, there is no output
2. Static power consumption is particularly high, reaching 15mA without load
