BQ76952: BQ76952 TS1、TS3、DDSG setting

Part Number: BQ76952

Hi

The TS1, TS3, and DDSG pins are configured as ADCIN (0XB3), and the corresponding voltages can be read through the 0x70, 0x74, and 0x7A commands.

However, the ADCs corresponding to TS1 and DDSG are always 0 in 0x0076 (DASTATUS6) and 0x0077 DASTATUS7.

Above is the corresponding readout voltage. Below are the corresponding 0x0076 (DASTATUS6) and 0x0077 DASTATUS7 values.

When TS3 is configured in any mode, 0x0077 DASTATUS7 has a value, and all pins can also take the correct temperature when configured in thermistor mode.

If these pins are configured in thermistor mode, will there be ADC count values in 0x0076 (DASTATUS6) and 0x0077 DASTATUS7?

What is the reason for this?

Thanks

Star

  • Hello Star,

When a pin is configured as ADCIN, they should use the same commands that are used for temperature.

Looking from my side, I did not see any issues when obtaining the ADC counts. What is the sequence the customer is using?

    Best Regards,
