Hi team,
Does TI have some feature like this? the integrated back-to-back diode of LDO?
Like the below block. SGM2205.
Due to customer use similar oring design. so need to block the output voltage. thanks
Vin around 16~24V Io 0.8A
Hey Jimmy,
Thank you for the question! This is likely a reverse current or reverse voltage protection, it does not specify this in the datasheet, so our team will need to do some more research to confirm this function. For reverse current and reverse voltage, we do often a wide variety of products.
Some include: TPS709, TPS7B4256-Q1, LP5912, TPS7B7701-Q1, TPS706, TL1963A, TPS7A45, and more!
On our parametric search, https://www.ti.com/power-management/linear-regulators-ldo/products.html#2192=Reverse%20Current%20Protection%3BReverse%20current%20protection%3BReverse%20voltage%20protection&
Click: All Filters (top left corner) -> Features (on left side 3/4 way down)-> Reverse current protection and reverse voltage protection you can filter for all the devices that include this feature.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Thanks,
McKyla
