TPS7A45: Thermal Calculator Tool

I am also wondering if theta JC parameter for other components are correct or not. 

I tried "BUF08630RGWR". The calculator automatically added theta JC 0.3 degC/Watt which is wrong. The datasheet says 2.1 degC/Watt on page 2. 

Here is an other example "TPS79501DRBT". The calculator shows thera JC = 12.1 deg/Watt. But the datasheet says 5.3 deg/Watt.
