I understand that if even a momentary surge is applied to Vin that exceeds the absolute maximum rating, may potentially breaking the device and affect its reliability.
But, I would like to confirm the following as the customer's request.
・Is there a possibility that the Gate Driver circuit will be broken by surges exceeding the maximum rating on VIN?
・Additionally, is there a possibility of device breaking even if the maximum rated voltage is exceeded for a few microseconds?
