Dear Team,

In my power supply requirement, I need to convert 380V to 320V. I plan to use a non-center tapped transformer and full bridge secondary rectification. However, I have some doubts regarding the planning of the secondary rectification circuit. Therefore, could you please share the full bridge secondary circuit along with its design calculation sheet?

Hello,

That is not a typical design so we do not have a calculation sheet available.

You can use a non center tapped secondary transformer with a full bridge rectifier.

The following link will bring you to an application note on how to design the UCC28950 in a phase shifted full bridge with a center tapped secondary. You should be able to use it to calculate the transformer turns ratio and secondary RMS currents should be similar.

What will be different is the maximum voltage of the rectifiers. That will be limited to the output voltage and not 2 X Vout.
