LM25141-Q1: EMI issue

Hi,

Currently customers are using LM25141Q
There is a phenomenon of EMC exceeding the standard of 30M~108M
Check the datasheet, it is said that the Slew rate can be adjusted to reduce EMI.


Is there any recommended value for adjusting the slew rate?

    Hello David,

    Slew rate can we adjust by adding a boot resistor in series with the boot capacitor.  You can also experiment with an RC snubber on the Switch node to ground.  Start with a ~1ohm 1206 resistor and a 100pF capacitor.  Can increase Capacitor to 470pf in gradual steps to tune out noise.

    Other things to try is a 100MHz ferrite bead on the input.  If these do not work, suggest a CM choke for higher frequency attenuation of CM noise.
