WEBENCH-POWER-DESIGNER: Data lost

Last year, I did several designs in power designer. I could access them by logging in.

Non of them is visible when I log in now. Can anyone help to get those designs back?

Hi Rolf,

Could you please try to access the designs from myTI Dashboard?

Below are the steps:

Login in ti.com
Go to myTI dashboard
Click “My Designs”

Hope this will resole your issue

Thank you for taking care of this topic.

I did that, and all my "old designs" are gone. There is just the one visible, which I rebuilt recently.

What can we do?

Hi Rolf,

Please check if you had used any other account to access the WEBENCH designs earlier, usually there is no restriction on accessing the older designs on WEBENCH.

Kindly also try using other browser for accessing the WEBENCH designs.

It was the same account based on my dectris email address and with the same browser (fire fox)

Most or all designs were based on TPS62912 switchers.

Hi Rolf,

Sometimes on WEBENCH old designs which aren’t active are removed automatically. Seems like these designs were removed.

Unfortunately, fetching the older designs created in this case is not possible. we are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
