Do we have any LDO solution can meet the spec as below?
Vin=48
Vout/Iout= 28V(2A), 5V(30mA), -7.5(10mA), -3.4(10mA)

Are these 4 independent outputs?
Also, we do not have any LDOs that can generate a negative output from a positive input. This would need to be a charge-pump.

could you recommend the corresponding LDOs for -7.5V and -3.4V?

For 48V to 5V @ 30mA the best fit is TPS7A44
For -9V to -7.5 @ 10mA the best fit is TPS7A30
For -9V to -3.4 @ 10mA the best fit is TPS7A30
The only conversion where an LDO may not be a good fit is 48V to 24V @ 2A, the power dissipation is too high. There might be a need to first use a DCDC to bring down the voltage before using an LDO, such as LM1085.
