Hi Niranjan Kumar,

We unfortunately do not have PSpice models for these devices. We do have a SIMPLIS model of their core device TPS53678 (TPS53622 is the spin of the core).

Let me know if you would be okay with that and I can send it to your.

Hi Dhyan Prem,

Thanks for sharing the above model. but it's an encrypted model and Once we are importing models in SIMPLIS we are getting a simulation error message.

We have attached the image below of the error message.

I am using a 30 days demo SIMPLIS Tool, which can be supported as an encrypted model in free SIMPLIS Tools. or any other option please let me know?

I am not sure why you are facing the issue because simulation works correctly on my end.

I can only share encrypted models as per NDA restrictions.

For SIMPLIS questions, kindly contact their customer support.
