Hello,
I used TPSM63608 for a new design and i have difficulty to see any output from the device,
The EN pin is powered by 3.3V input, the input voltage is 24V and the desirable output is 12V.
after few tests i have found:
After all those tries i wasn't able to see and output.
See the circuit below :
Hello,
Overall the schematic looks OK. R80 should be disconnected. There is no need for a pulldown resistor on the PG pin. If your design needs lower voltage than the 24V pullup, you could pull up the PG pin to VCC.
What is happening on the SW node when you see this issue?
Best regards,
Ridge
Hello,
I notice on your schematic that the SYNC/MODE pin is tied to GND with a 0-ohm resistor. A resistor value in the 100k range is recommended. Also, can you confirm the EN voltage level that you measure during this condition?
Best regards,
Ridge
Hello Ridge,
I have found the problem - In the footprint I used the pads of Vin/Vout was covered with solder mask-after removing and resoldering the device all works fine
