I am trying to design TPS61088-Q1 with following design inputs
Vinmin=3.2V Vinnom=3.3V Vinmax=3.4V Vout=5V Iout=3A Ta=100C
Due to Ta=100C switching frequency is coming 195.367 KHZ and Tj=129.646C
Is this design OK ? I am attaching link for WEBENCH Design file .Can you please check and verify design
Also want to know about is there any cooling mechanism for this IC . In datasheet I gone through thermal consideration info. How much copper thickness need to consider for my design?
