The datasheet for the LM5171 Evaluation Module says 6 volts, but the LM5171-Q1 MOSFET chips say
- Wide input voltage range: 2.7 V to 36 V
- Programmable output voltage range: 0.8 V to 22 V with 20-mV step
. Our project requires a solution that can operate efficiently at 60-80 amps within a voltage range of 2-4 volts. By integrating multiple LM5171-Q1 chips onto the board, we aim to achieve this current output.
The application involves sodium-ion cells that operate within a 2-4 volt range. To enhance voltage availability, we're considering a series-parallel configuration of two sodium-ion cells, which would adjust the operational voltage range to 4-8 volts at 60 amps. This would complicate things using two battery cells and would then need bq77PL900 or bq78PL114 for cell balancing.
Is there an existing board that meets these requirements, or would customization be necessary to fulfill the 60-80-amp current specification at the stated voltage levels?
