Our customer have wafer/die order demand for TPS62510, does there have any recommendation for relative R/L/C in substrate design?

    Hi Jeff,

    The TPS62510 is sold in a 10 pin VSON package. Does your customer already have an agreement with TI to procure wafers?

    Could you help provide the following information:

    1. Who is the customer and what is the end eqipment? 
    2. What package do they plan to embed the die in?
