LM5116: Inductor is heating up without Load - LM5116 12V/20A power supply design

Hi,

I have designed a 12V/20A power supply with an LM5116 controller. I am able to obtain the output voltage, but the output inductor heats up as soon as I power up the board(Under no load condition). I have used the component values calculated using the power calculator Excel dedicated for LM5116. Could you please advise? Unfortunately, I am unable to share the schematic on a public forum. Could you provide an email ID so I can share it for review?
