BQ34Z100EVM: PC doesn't recognize EVM.

Hello E2E,

I received the EVM from our Customer. They have problem with the EVM.
The EVM was not recognized with customer's PC, it's reproduce with my PC too.
I have implemented the updates that TI has provided on its website.
When power on that the EVM LEDs lighting No-1,2,4 and 9.

Question;
What are indicating the LEDs? Is it normaly operation?

Hi Acguy,

Does the customer have the ev2400 drivers installed.

The LEDs are configured using the pins on the top of the EVM.

Hi Evan,

Acguy posted it for me.

Defective products are not recognized in BQstudio.

In addition, BQ34Z100 on the defective EVM has replaced the IC.

We asked because the LED was lit differently when connected.

What are indicating the LEDs?

Is it not good to replace the IC?

Hi Ryusuke,

Please share the pin configuration on the top of the evm.

The IC can be replaced if done correctly.

Please download ev2400 drivers and the latest version of this file and place in the config file of the BQstudio folder
