I have designed -12v DC from +12v DC using Ti webench and I used exact same components they have mentioned.

But I'm not getting -12v instead I'm getting -0.5V. can anyone help me to resolve the issue.

I even tried attaching schotky diode at the output capacitor even also -0.5v only

Hello,

Based on your schematic, the PowerPad (EP on the schematic) is connected to the input supply ground when it should be connected -Vout. Please note on the Webench schematic that PAD is connected to -Vout.

All of the IC ground pins should be referenced to -Vout when using the IBB topology.
