Other KTW packages (TPS742/742/744) have been discontinued and we are concerned about future supply.

I apologize for the delay. Yes, we plan to continue building TPS74901KTWR.

TPS742 and TPS749 in KTW will not be discontinued, we now plan to build ahead to continue supplying it. However, it is still highly encouraged to use device in another package.

We have received an EOL notice for TPS74201KTW, will it still be produced?

Hello Hirotsugu,

We had previously sent out EOL notices for these devices. However, based on customer feedback and the importance we place on longevity, the majority of parts manufactured in DFAB or SFAB will remain orderable so that we can best support production needs for the duration of projects' lifecycles.
