Hi TI team,

Currently I am checking factory information for LM63610DQDRRRQ1 for internal approval process.

PPAP that we got doesn't mention exact wafer factory address but only fab name and shortened location name is there. Could you tell me the exact address of that?

PPAP says, the wafer fab is RFAB - TI RICHARDSON -RFAB MFG. I need to know the full address of that for the confirmation.

On more question. Address of RFAB looks to be 2 locations below checking our library.

Which is the correct address, or both are valid?

RFAB - 1175 300 W. Renner Road 75080, Richardson TX 75080 USA

RFAB - 3601 Alma Road, Richardson, TX, US

In fact, are there 2 wafer fabs in Richardson?

RFAB - 3601 Alma Road, Richardson, TX, US => this we discussed

RFAB - 1175 300 W. Renner Road 75080, Richardson TX 75080 USA => Does this address also exist? How it is called if exist? RFAB2 or something like that? Checking the address in the map, those locations are very close.

Hi Hara,

I have received confirmation from the team. Both addresses are for RFAB. The 3601 Alma Road is typically what is placed in the documentation since it is used for deliveries from outside carriers to RFAB. 3601 Alma Road is the address you should use. The other address is used for visitors directions.
