TPS54J060: Bode plot questions

Hi Team，

Customer test the loop of TPS54J060 and have questions on the Bode plot.

Vin=12V, Vout=1.0V, L=1.5uH, Cout=47uFx3, Rdivider_up=1.1k, Rdivider_down=10k, Cff=NA.

Question: The curve is not smooth, I think they're from the distortion at low and hi freq in the bode instrument. Do you have any comments?

Left : null load;
right: Full load 1.5A.

Hello Hailing,

Send us the SCH we can review it. The phase, cross over freq looks OK. we can double confirm once we review the SCH. I do not know what is going on the phase and why keep increasing as such @ high frequencies . send us SCH we will check it further.

This device is COT based controller, DCAP3, Always good practice to double check stability using transients tests.
