TPS65994AD: GRL TEST.PD.PHY.ALL.5 Fail

Our X37 project was tested in GRL's TBT EV, and this problem remains. Please help check this problem, thanks.

Are the capacitors for the CC pins as close as possible to the device?

Thank you for your reply. Does the device mean that the CC capacitor should be close to 65994? Also, can you provide a message for a more detailed discussion?
