The lead-to-lead spacing between pins HS & LO in UCC27712-Q1 is 0.030 inches. we need 0.045 inches between those pins. Please suggest.

Thank you for your question regarding the UCC27712-Q1.
We do not have a package for this product with more spacing. We do have the UCC27714 which is a 600V driver with higher current in a SOIC 14 pin package that provides better spacing between LO and HS.
What is the bus voltage? The UCC27301A-Q1 is an automotive 120V driver with interlock that has more spacing between LO and HS.

With a bus voltage of 600V, the UCC27712-Q1 does not provide enough margin for overshoot with a maximum recommended HS rating of 600V and an Abs Max rating on HB of 700V, you are likely to see overshoot beyond these values on the rising edge that exceeds the limitations of this part.
For a part that is rated higher, we do not have a higher rated non-isolated half-bridge driver, so you will need to explore options with our isolated products.
An example part that may work here is the UCC21551-Q1.
