Thank you for sending the .gg files, however it seems like there are no protections triggering that could be causing this issue. If possible, can we receive the bqStudio log file of this occurrence happening so we can take a deeper look into what is happening within the gauge?

Regarding the FET setup, your schematic matches the bq4050EVM schematic well, so I do not believe this is something that is being caused by hardware. The log file will allow us to take a deeper look into what is happening within the firmware of the gauge and find the root cause of this.

Is frequent querying of BQ4050 by MCU not recommended?
After I disconnected the SMBus communication between MCU and BQ4050, this phenomenon no longer occurred. I will conduct several more tests to verify this matter.

Through testing multiple samples, I can confirm that there are no issues after turning off the SMBus of the MCU. When I restored the SMBus function and adjusted the query frequency from 50s to 10s, this issue occurred in a shorter amount of time.
There is another question that I don't know if it's normal. The information I receive through the MCU always shows errors, with a probability of about 1/3. The clock frequency simulated through the IO port is approximately 40KHz.

Would it be possible to increase the clock frequency being simulated? There could be errors occurring with the structure of the SMBus communication. Increasing the clock frequency could also potentially help the query issue.
