I am looking for a watchdog timer or some kind of counter that can time-out if a fan tachometer stops toggling.
This part below looks good. I was hoping to get a smaller package that SOT-23

The WSON version is low inventory. Does TI has a part like this in small package?
I would prefer adjustable, but I need:
- Watchdog-style time-out
- 1 s (aprox)
- No need for a start-up delay
- Reset pin
- WDI reset pin on falling edge
