BQ25792EVM: Altium Schematic in ASCII format for ORCAD translation

Hello Andrew,

I recommend switching over to BQ25798. BQ25792 was designed for embedded applications like smartphone.  BQ25792 does not support operations when battery is removable. Switching over to BQ25798 could prevent future issues. The IC's are pin to pin compatible, so there shouldn't be an issue swapping IC's.

You can use the same schematic for both devices just swap the IC for BQ25798. Let me know if theses files work for you.

These files seem to crash my ORCAD. There isn't a way to export the design to a *.prjPCB file but in ASCII format instead of binary?

I'm looking into this issue to see if I'm able to export the schematic to a *.prjPCB file  in ASCII format. I will provide an update after I gather more information.

I tried exporting the design in ASCII format and opening it in ORCAD, but was unable to. I think this issue is related to the Cadence software. I recommend contacting the Candence customer service.
