Hi Scarlett,
TPS2H000-Q1 goes into thermal shutdown at 160C min.
So we can calculate for worst-case: 0.6A^2 * 2Ohm = 0.72W; 0.72W * 39.1C/W = 28.152C rise in temperature.
125 + 28.152 = 153.152, so the estimate shows it should be ok to operate at this condition.
