Dear support team,
We are using the UCC28250 as a PWM controller with a switching frequency (fsw) of 100kHz set by a 147kOhm RT resistor and we would like to decrease this switching frequency down to 50kHz.
In the datasheet, the minimum value of the internal oscillator frequency is not very clear whereas it is specified in the UCC28251 datasheet (p.17) : "The UCC28251 oscillator frequency is set by an external resistor connected between the RT pin and ground. The oscillator frequency can be set to any value between 50 kHz to 1.4 MHz, which is equivalent to an 25-kHz to700-kHz switching frequency".
Is it possible to achieve 50kHz with this PWM controller ? If yes, is it guaranteed over the total operating junction temperature range ?
