We have added the IC in many of our PCBs. Now we have started testing the PCBs. but to my surprise none of the protection IC from any PCB gives any output voltage. We had to bypass the IC to power our PCBs. I am attaching schematic of the IC. Any sort of help will be appreciated. Thanks
I saw in evaluation board that all NC pins except 7 and 11 were connected to RTN(possibaly for thermal reasons). So i connected all NC pins to RTN.
