BQ25629: USB BC1.2 compliant

Dear Sies and Madams,

BQ25629 is listed as USB BC1.2 compliant, but the datasheet does not provide any explanation of its operation.

Is it correct to understand that the BQ25629 also disconnects each detection function after each sequence, similar to the BC25616?

The figure below is an excerpt from 9.3.3.4.1 D+/D– Detection Sets Input Current Limit from the BQ25616 data sheet.
