UCC14240-Q1: 3W Isolated DCDC Module Need

We do not have DC/DC module that can offer 3W capabilities. Depending on your VIN and the ambient temperature that the device is operating, you can get a peak power of 3W with UCC14240-Q1 (check SOA curves of Datasheet), but the Recommended Operating conditions are below 2W line.

Both are the same generation, but UCC14240 is a new spin with better power capabilities.

I definitely recommend either UCC15240-Q1 or UCC15241-Q1 for 2.5W. The only difference between both is the isolation capabilities, which depends on your application.
