The datasheet does not call out a minimum capacitance for this part, but I suggest that you place at least 1uF locally on the output pins.

If this output is connected to a USB connector, then this capacitance is very necessary for system performance beyond the TPS2065C

We placed a 47uF cap on the Vbus pin of the Type-C connector, please refer the picture below.
