We use attached POE circuit in our device.
When our output load is upto 12V, 1.5A then, Bridge rectifiers and output diode and RC snubber ciruit heat upto 80 deg C. Please help to solve this issue.
We use B6S Bridge rectifier, R150 is 10 ohm, 0.5W .

Hi Pallav,
Thanks for reaching out! We will take a look for your question and get back to you by this week.

Hi Pallav,
Thanks for your patience.
B6S looks like a 600-V rated PN diode which has very high forward voltage drop. It is recommended to use 100-V rated Schottky diode for the bridge.
For the snubber RC, normally the R and the SW diode needs to have a certain distance between both for better heat dissipation. Besides, if you do not have high overshoot at D77, you can consider increase R150 resistance or reduce C64 capacitance a little to alleviate the power loss on the snubber RC.

Diang
