TPS3306: Max Junction Temperature and case to junction resistance

Can you tell me what the max junction temperature rating is for TPS3306-18D and the case to junction resistance? These are not specified on the datasheet.

Can you explain more. 85C is also the ambient temperature rating for the part. Usually the junction temperature is higher than the ambient temperature rating. I'm used to seeing parts like this have a max junction temperature of +125C with an ambient temperature of +85C.

Hi Zach,

Since this device has a low power dissipation, it can be assumed that T(junction)=T(ambient).
